Knee injuries from rugby

Knee injuries are one of the most common types of injuries that occur in rugby. This is because the game involves a lot of contact and collision, which can put a lot of stress on the knees. There are a few different ways that knee injuries can occur in rugby, such as:

- Direct impact: This can happen when another player hits your knee with their body or with a part of their equipment, such as their shoulder pads. - Twisting or rotating: This can happen when you fall awkwardly or someone tackles you from the side. - Overstretching: This can happen if you make a sudden movement or change direction quickly. It can also happen if you land awkwardly after jumping.

If you suffer a knee injury in rugby, it is important to seek medical attention as soon as possible so that it can be properly diagnosed and treated.
